1st Choice Home Inspections was founded in 2002 by Tommy and Alison Kirby of Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Kirby's quality service and honest, straight-forward inspections led to quick company growth. In high demand, they recruited Greg Nicely to come on board as an additional valued inspector.

Both Tommy and Greg are licensed, professionally certified home inspectors with over 2,000 private homes inspected.

1st Choice Home Inspections was awarded a sub-contract to inspect homes for the Housing and Urban Development board in 2006.

Our Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.

Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.
