Tommy Kirby has been inspecting homes in the East Tennessee area since 2002. As founders of 1st Choice Home Inspections, Tommy is personally responsible for inspecting over 2,000 private homes. Alison serves as the office manager.

In addition, Tommy spent a year in the New Orleans area completing more than 1,000 inspections for FEMA after hurricane Katrina. As a licensed REALTOR®, Tommy will be happy to represent you in your search for a home if you are not currently represented by a professional REALTOR®.
